The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia have recently released a new resource providing helpful ways to explain court processes to children. It is called “Kids Corner”.
There are developmentally appropriate and accessible information and referrals for children involved in family law proceedings, which both adults and children may find helpful. While court proceedings can be challenging on adults, it can be more so for children.
CopperTree Family Law is dedicated to focusing on the needs of children through the court process and obtaining outcomes which are in their best interests.
